Five Generations of Hop Farmers

From Pioneers to Pioneering the Hop Industry

Located in Yakima, Washington, Morrier Ranch started in 1898 and has focused on continuous improvement ever since—growing from 63 acres to 500 acres. Now in its fifth generation of family management, the farm’s hops have consistently rated in the top three for superior quality among alpha and aroma varieties. The farm grows both public and proprietary hop varieties and has won numerous awards from the Hop Quality Group.

The Heart of the Farm

Owners Joseph and Elizabeth Morrier know Morrier Ranch’s success wouldn’t be possible without its employees, some of whom have worked at the farm for over 30 years across generations. We take pride in our employees, as they are critical to the continued operation of the farm.
